In order to activate your providerConnect Secure Services online account, you will need to enter your registration key and provider number in the fields below.

You may have received your registration key and provider number by email or regular mail. If you do not know your registration key and/or provider number, please click “Contact Us” on the left side of the page for assistance.


Need Help Choosing a Provider Type?

When activating your account, its important to select the correct provider type from the dropdown menu. Your provider type determines what services you can access and ensures your account is set up correctly.

Select Health Service Provider if you are a health professional other than a Dental Provider or Pharmacy (Drug Provider); if you are a Dispensing Pharmacy that also submits claims for extended health services or medical devices, select Drug Provider.
